REPORTING

Cab Condition Reporting (CCR) allows field personnel to report defects on a lead locomotive’s water cooler, conductor’s desk, conductor’s light, cab seals, or toilet via MRAS (PBX) radio or cell phone using voice recognition. It provides real time information and greater customer satisfaction.
